Message	have the '90 lower plenum machined by JWT, install the '96 fuel rails and injectors with it into that motor. Along with installing the '96 CAS into the '90 motor. Then buy a new '95 TT harness and use that with your setup (*) * I'm pretty sure this setup would work, as long as you use an OBDI (pre '96) TT ECU. Might want to email Bernie Bilski to ask him about specifics. Also this is technically illegal (converting from OBDII to OBDI) but if you don't have auto inspections who cares
